How I stared my journey ...


I have three beautiful children and work a full time job. After my second child I suddenly found myself extremely overwhelmed with life. I was stressed out, exhausted, had a horrible sleeping schedule, and quit going to the gym; I just felt horrible.


I was on a mission to re-evaluate the structure in my life, so I started my journey for the diagnosis of balance! I wanted to find the calm, happy, fun person that I knew once existed. First, I started with my nutrition. I always thought I was eating healthy, while my diet pretty much consisted of saturated fat filled protein, ignorantly restricting carbs, and very few leafy greens -  This is where I knew I needed to start!


I started to study all aspects of nutritional science, and completely changed my diet for myself as well as my family. I was adding tons of unrefined, minimally processed, fresh, raw, healthy foods that contained a load of essential nutrients. Wow, I was finally starting to feel better...wonder why?! I was finally providing my body with what it needed to function at an optimal level. While being introducing all of these great new foods, I started to become interested in the combination of nutrition as well as physical, mental and emotional health. After months of slowly adapting to my new lifestyle, I suddenly emerged feeling vibrant, happy and in control of my health.


I healed myself, my mind, and re-connected with my soul!

Along with my studies in science, dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, mind-body medicine, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s leading researchers and nutrition experts, I received training as a Holistic Lifestyle and Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.


During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.


My education and experience has equipped me with extensive knowledge in nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results - a lifetime of balance.
